Field capability
During flight, we outline polygons directly on the image and obtain preliminary values to coordinate decisions before the full processing workflow is complete.
In-flight measurement accelerates reconnaissance; contractual quantities are subsequently validated on the processed model or through a topographic survey, according to the required tolerance.

From symptom to probable cause.
Water intrusion can appear far from its entry point. That is why we connect visual observation, geometry, thermography, moisture and substrate condition before recommending an intervention.
Vértice 360 Method
Technology reduces uncertainty; technical judgment turns data into an executable strategy.

Visual reconnaissance, technical flight and recording of critical points.
RGB, thermography, moisture and geometry are read as one combined dataset.
We classify zones and risks to intervene where it truly matters.
We define preparation, primers, reinforcements, coats and finishes.

ΔTHandheld thermography to locate and compare anomalies.
Geospatial control
The correction source is selected for each site: a local base when autonomy is required, or NTRIP when coverage and a reliable CORS network are available. The goal is not merely to “have RTK,” but to repeat flights and verify the location of every data point.
Provides differential corrections to compatible aircraft without relying on a mobile connection. In rover mode it can also measure control and verification points.
Receives RTCM corrections over the internet from a reference station. It accelerates deployment when coverage and service quality are stable.
We record solution status and review POS residuals and control points; when applicable, raw D‑RTK 3 data supports PPK processing in DJI Terra.
Technical scopeRTK improves georeferencing and repeatability, but it cannot by itself correct poor capture, an improperly defined datum or reconstruction errors. Final accuracy is supported by controls and verifiable results.
Instrument readings complement technical inspection; they do not replace professional judgment or substrate verification.
Our technical choice
We chose to specialize in the Imperquimia family because component compatibility must not be left to chance. From preparation through finish, every layer follows a common logic.
Acrylic, elastomeric, cementitious, prefabricated and asphalt systems for roofs, terraces, walls and planters.
Epoxies, polyurethanes and polyureas for immersion, high traffic, chemical exposure and critical details.
Grouts, release agents, curing membranes, densifiers, fibers, admixtures, repair and protection.
Paints, enamels, sealers, quartz and decorative flakes with specified preparation and finishing.

The desalination plant separates tanks receiving saltwater before treatment from the tank holding desalinated water. Black manual polyurea was applied to the saltwater tanks; a white sanitary-grade epoxy finish was specified for processed water.
CR / 01 · SALTWATER TANKS
CSP 3–5 mechanical preparation, void repair and detailing at corners, penetrations and interfaces. Two coats of Guardquim Poliurea Manual 2K were applied by hand, with total dry thickness documented using a PosiTector 200 D.
Industrial safety: controlled entry, forced extraction, respiratory protection and atmospheric verification using a multi-gas meter.
CR / 02 · PROCESSED-WATER TANK
Two coats of Sellokote Elastoflex and two coats of white Guardquim Epoxi 630 Aqua for the tank receiving desalinated, clean or potable water. Release requires moisture below 3.5%, 12 dry mils and seven days of curing before filling.
IS / CONFINED SPACE
Work inside the tanks was documented with forced extraction and ventilation through ducting, atmospheric verification using a multi-gas meter, controlled entry and respiratory protection during application. The instrument checks O₂, LEL, H₂S and CO according to the conditions of each work area.

Vértice 360 preliminary assessments
A preliminary assessment does not promise artificial certainty. It organizes evidence, identifies pending verification and turns a large surface into subzone decisions.
RGB photography, thermography, moisture, geometry, history and field observation.
Technical hypotheses distinguished from observed facts and tests that are still required.
Clear criteria to repair, test, accept or stop a subzone before coating.
Curated technical-record selection
Evidence was selected for traceability, correspondence between captures and decision value. Each case adds a different layer: visible condition, thermal response, aerial geometry or execution report.
PA / NOBU HOTEL
Correlation in the same frame
The pair preserves the same geometry so joints, penetrations and material changes can be revisited without losing position. Thermal imagery prioritizes; instrument verification confirms in the field.
Rigor criterion: a thermal anomaly alone does not equal moisture. It defines where to measure, open or test before release.
PA / CODEPAC · JUL 18 2026
Release by area
The aerial review separated slabs LC-01 through LC-04. The record holds LC-03 due to higher adhesion risk and requires sounding, test preparation and CMEX5 mapping before specification.
PA / COUNTRY CLUB · JUL 2026
Buildings A–F
Roof tile, pergolas, parapets, equipment and penetrations produce different responses. The model and thermography organize the route; conclusions depend on verifying every material and interface.

Aerial surface inventory
Aerial coverage documents the system without fragmenting context. It serves as a baseline for quantities, inspection sequencing and comparison of future progress.
TR / CISTERN · JUL 24 2026
Documented execution
Initial condition, opening, preparation and substrate readiness are recorded before restoration. The report links findings to the procedure and acceptance criterion.
PA / PEDREGAL TOWERS · AUG 2026
Integrated reading
The report does more than display images: it relates each indication to a code, subzone and pending verification. This turns three buildings into a prioritized intervention plan.
AF / OPERATIONS LOG · SEP 2026
Original field evidence
Presenting only the final result is not enough. The log documents mission preparation, equipment operation and the resulting overhead view so coverage can be reviewed in context.
The visible route allows review of coverage, sweep continuity and configuration before processing.
The operation is linked to the equipment, inspected area and capture time.
The overhead capture preserves context among surfaces, parapets, equipment and interfaces that an isolated photograph loses.
Selection from Vértice 360 records, flight files and photographic operations logs. Document dates: July–September 2026. Images are presented as technical evidence; they do not replace field testing or structural assessment.
Technical warranty defense
We document initial condition, incident and system response to distinguish an interior symptom, a probable entry path and a general failure. Every conclusion is linked to verifiable evidence.
