Information we process
The form may record: name and company, email address or phone number, municipality or project area, exact location when a pin is voluntarily placed, estimated surface area, problem or scope description, language, submission date and follow-up reference.
We do not request sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data. Please do not enter such information in the description field.
Purposes
We use the information to record the request, contact the interested party, prepare a quotation or technical recommendation, locate the work area, coordinate a visit and maintain traceability of commercial or technical follow-up.
The site also measures campaign visits and recorded requests. Google Ads receives the generated conversion reference; VÉRTICE does not add the name, phone number, email, description or exact location entered in the form to that conversion event.
WhatsApp, maps and external services
After the request is stored, the site prepares a WhatsApp message for the user to review and decide whether to send. Once sent, further processing is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta policies. The interactive location selector uses OpenStreetMap cartography; store maps, DJI and PIX4D viewers, and other external links are governed by their respective providers.
Google Ads may use cookies or similar identifiers under its own policies to attribute visits and conversions.
Retention, security and disclosure
Information is retained only as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on the business relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations; it is then blocked or deleted as appropriate. VÉRTICE applies reasonable administrative and technical measures to limit unauthorized access.
VÉRTICE does not sell personal data or use it for purposes unrelated to those described here. Voluntary interaction with WhatsApp, maps or external viewers may involve processing by those providers.
Access, correction, deletion, objection and consent withdrawal
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. You may also limit its use or withdraw consent. Send an email with the subject “Privacy rights request” to administracion@verticerecubrimientos.com and include:
- Your name and preferred method for receiving a response.
- A document that verifies your identity or authorized representation.
- A clear description of the information and the right you wish to exercise.
- The request reference, if available, and any information that helps locate the record.
VÉRTICE will communicate its determination and, when applicable, implement the request within the periods established by applicable law.
Changes to this notice
Changes will be published at this same address with an updated date. If a change requires new consent, it will be requested before the new purpose is applied.
